Part of our solution is to ensure that company's can self sustain recommendations or processes after we offboard. In order to facilitate this, we will create an offboarding guide along with written SOPs

After the hand off period, a member of our team will reach out as a follow-up to check and confirm client success with implementing tools, or adopting recommendations
